The construction works for the Innovation Campus of Switzerland Innovation Park Innovaare are in full swing. The company ERNE AG has started in November 2019 with the excavation for the Innovation Park. Shortly afterwards, the construction works for the road underpass and the media channel have started. Since February 12th, an office in modular construction for the entire project team "Park Innovaare Innovation Campus" of ERNE AG has been built on the construction site in Villigen. At the end of March, the five-member team under overall project manager Daniel Leber will move their workplace to the construction office, situated directly on the construction site in Villigen.
Preparations are currently being made to build an underground crossing that will allow pedestrians and small vehicles direct access from the Innovaare Park to PSI. In order to allow traffic to flow smoothly and construction work to proceed unhindered, the cantonal road has been diverted for a short stretch. A media channel will run parallel to the underpass, through which various technical lines will be routed to the side of the new building. As soon as the media channel and underpass are completed, the cantonal road will return to its original course.
In November 2019, construction work on the new Park Innovaare began. ERNE AG Holzbau carries out the project as a total service contractor. ERNE AG Bauunternehmung is responsible for the civil engineering and master builder works.
The security measures as a result of the Corona Virus are being followed very strictly by the entire ERNE building Team on site. The Innovation Campus of Park Innovaare is planned to be completed at the end of 2023. The current construction works are on schedule.
