For the third time, Switzerland Innovation Park Innovaare in Villigen/AG is hosting the call for proposals for high-tech business ideas that incorporate accelerator technologies into their products.
The hightech program "Business Incubation Centre (BIC) of CERN Technologies" was founded in 2018 by Park Innovaare in collaboration with CERN in Geneva.
The aim is to bridge the gap between basic science and industry. The incubation program supports start-ups in implementing innovative CERN technologies and transform them from technical concepts into groundbreaking products or services. The winner receives 50'000 Swiss Francs and Business Coaching from the Fachhochschule Nordwestschweiz FHNW and easier access to IP from Paul Scherrer Institute PSI in Villigen. (PSI and FHNW are partners oft he BIC of CERN competition).
