Park Development
The real estate developer HRS plans, develops and builds on the site on behalf of the Foundation.
In the first phase the listed Halls 2, 3 and 4 will be renovated and prepared for the requirements of the users (ETH Zurich and University of Zurich). Office space, laboratories and workshops will be set up in the transparently developed Hangars. We will complement the offer with shared test and meeting areas, which can if needed, be flexibly expanded with temporary facilities in front of the Hangars.
From around 2024/2025 the next expansion phase is planned with new buildings on the site. The new area will be constructed to meet the user requirements. It will allow for flexible use, with offices, research laboratories, workshops as well as various classrooms.

Renting and Moving In
The Innovation Park makes flexible space (offices, laboratories, workshops, store rooms, common areas etc.) available to companies. Companies that are involved in innovation and work together with a local university or research institute are eligible for settlement. If required the Foundation provides contacts and access to its educational network.
Companies can rent premise and can choose to shape and develop the property. An alternative is the purchase of buildings under construction law.
