Switzerland Innovation Park Basel Area – Main Campus offers 115,000 m² of interconnected space for biotech and healthtech innovation. Located in Europe’s leading life sciences hub with over 800 companies, it provides coworking areas, private offices, and customizable labs for startups to industry leaders. The central HQ houses companies, services, a visitor center, and innovation lounge. By 2029, the campus will include five architect-designed buildings. On-site amenities include labs, meeting rooms, childcare, sports facilities, and community support for accelerated growth.

Switzerland Innovation Park Basel Area hosts the Medtech Institute of the University of Basel and the DayOne Tech Accelerator, both of which foster innovation in medical technology. These labs, including the option for shared labs, offer the possibility to start development work without high initial investment. A dedicated coordinator ensures compliance with safety regulations as well as support in the use of the equipment.

Switzerland Innovation Park Basel Area rents out flexible, fully equipped office space for start-ups and established companies, particularly in the life sciences and healthtech sectors. Private offices and customizable spaces from 220 m² are available. Hybrid laboratory and office space is also available, which is ideal for research-related companies and enables laboratory use up to BSL-2.
