Switzerland Innovation Park Central / Site of Park Zurich in Rotkreuz offers an inspiring environment for innovation, research, and entrepreneurship. Located in the forward-thinking Suurstoffi district, the park connects start-ups, companies, academic institutions, and public organizations. Its focus areas include circular economy, new mobility, sustainable construction, and energy technologies. The park provides flexible office and lab spaces, co-working areas, event facilities, and innovation programs such as buildify.earth and the Innovation Boosters.
Ecosystem
Site Central actively advances the use of AI and robotics in the construction industry. In collaboration with leading universities, it hosts workshops, working groups, and high-level summits to develop autonomous systems for tasks such as material transport, assembly, and site monitoring. The goal is to boost efficiency, safety, and sustainability while addressing the skilled labor shortage - paving the way for the smart, automated construction site of the future.
Site Central promotes sustainable mobility solutions with the Innosuisse-driven “Innovation Booster New Mobility”. The aim is to develop systemic concepts for implementing the 2050 climate strategy and energy transition. In the Mobility Lab, start-ups, companies and research teams are working on digital, networked and low-emission transport concepts for a sustainable mobility infrastructure.
Site Central promotes technological innovation in the construction industry through initiatives such as Integrated Project Delivery (IPD), BIM-based planning, and automated processes. In collaboration with leading universities such as ETH Zurich and ZHAW, the park organizes workshops, interdisciplinary working groups, and an annual summit to explore and apply new technologies and methods. The goal is to make construction projects more efficient, digital, and sustainable.
Site Central actively promotes the circular economy and sustainable construction. It leads the Circular Building Charter, supports groundbreaking ideas through the Circular Building Industry Innovation Booster, and co-hosts the Circular Building UnConference with ETH Zurich. Through buildify.earth, the park strategically invests in start-ups developing solutions for energy efficiency and circular building practices.

Site Central drives innovation through systemic programs like the Innovation Booster Circular Building and New Mobility, which emphasize early-stage idea development, cross-sector collaboration, and sustainable solutions. Through buildify.earth, SIP Central also offers an incubation program for start-ups in circular economy and sustainable construction, focusing on funding, operational support, and long-term partnerships.
Site Central provides a modern co-working area for both members and external users. Amenities include white desks with monitors, phone booths for private calls and meetings, a cafeteria with free coffee, and close access to several restaurants and canteens. Located in the forward-thinking Suurstoffi district, the space is just a ten-minute walk from Rotkreuz train station—ideal for flexible, connected work.

The spaces are fully customizable and designed to support innovative projects. Five adaptable rooms accommodate groups of 10 to 100 people—ideal for workshops, creative team meetings, seminars, or general assemblies. A full-service offering, including catering, is available upon request.
